That company Selling and in the name of Ben Cao Tang （本草堂）which is infringement of the business name of 本草堂 Ben Cao Tang Acupuncture Herbs Center. The Chinese characters with already trademarked name. they are both protected. The trademark Ben Cao Tang (本草堂) is officially approved by the United States Patent and Trademark Office as a trademark owned by Ms. Charlene Cade.
