Our Story
Ideal Manufacturing was established in 1999 with an extensive experience combined of residential furniture manufacturing & international trading business. Starting out making display fixtures & custom exhibition booth, we were then leaded into making office furniture by chance, today Ideal Manufacturing is a compact house providing a vast array of office & commercial furniture & fixtures.
Picture us a sport car. (And we love that image too.) A compact body packed of sophisticated engineering & hi-tech mechanism, designed for spirited performance and nimble handling. Our shop is the same way, equipped with stream-lined computerized machinery such as Precision Panel Saw, Automatic Edge Bander, Tilt Adjustable Panel Saw, Pin Router, Shaper, Multi-Point-Working CNC and lots of air & hand tools. On top of these beautiful equipment, our team led by an expert of 40 years experiences in this line, our customers will never worry about the order being too complicated nor too big.
People is core. We’re an intentionally small company striving to provide our customers with the fullest of our attention and getting things done the easy way, and as a family group, it assures how we work closely for the job .
In addition to quality products & fast turnaround lead time, we also provide engineering consultation, design ideas, CAD drawing , 3D modeling & rendering service to enhance our dealers’ selling power.
Communication & Commitment. We believe good communication can always save possible mistakes so we always try to know as much details as possible by talking to our customer, using our experience & knowledge to point out or filter hidden issues. We also believe commitment is the striving force that tightens the ends altogether. In our 16-year operation we only had 3 missing goals.
