Gloria Lin is co-founder and partner of ILG. She earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, in 1995. In 1998, she co-founded Lin & Bui, Attorneys at Law, representing small and mid-sized tech startups during the dotcom boom.
Gloria specializes in immigration issues that emerging firms frequently encounter when bringing in foreign workers. She navigates our clients through the complexities of employment-based immigration, petitions, and labor certifications. She has also traveled to China and several other countries to speak about the EB-5 visa investment program, which she believes can provide excellent opportunities for entrepreneurs to bring their ideas to the States.
Gloria also has a commitment to serving others, acting as a volunteer attorney at the Asian Community Immigration Clinic in San Jose, where she helped low-income families navigate their immigration issues, and at Stanford Law School, training students on immigration law and procedures.
Gloria is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has served as Chairperson for the Santa Clara Valley chapter. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Mandarin.
