Warning! Warning! Warning! Charles C. Kim DDS is truly the worst general dentist I have ever unpleasantely experienced. Two upper implants took this dentist Charles C Kim DDS close to two years to finish.Three times redone the whole procedure due to heavy bone infections full bone graft, cutting, stitching and lot's of pain! besides of endless hours of lost time this dentist even managed to destroy my zirconium crown right next to the implants by cutting grinding zirconium because he did not measure it right from start...Cutting zirconium???? I questioned the sterilization process in this office with the staff when I was first time in the dental chair..weird some kind of towels wrapped around the instruments, just very questionable practice. Dr Kims's communication skills are so poor that I enquired with the Dental Board about the validity of his license and his formal training. The dentist to avoid is: Dr Charles C Kim DDS, Hayan Dental Group 7000 Indiana Ave Set 117, Riverside, CA 92506 Dr Charles C Kim, DDS IS IN MY OPINION NOT QUALIFIED OR HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS TO PERFORM FULL IMPLANTS ORAL SURGERY. Two Years Later: The I'm plants are falling apart, chipping, showing metal on top, seems like the pain is coming back, crown is still nor replaced. I sent three certified letters to Dr Charles C Kim DDS asking for help and resolution by demand letter....I received NO RESPONSE. If I could I would give -0 stars !!
