The booking service is poor. I received a letter concerning the recall service, I've confirmed with them that Saturday is available before I called to make an appointment, their answer is yes and I made an appointment on Saturday.But when I went there on Saturday, the receptionist said I didn't have any information for appointment,I don't know how to express my feelings. The receptionist booked me for the next Saturday, also I confirm with them that same time on Saturday again, their answer is yes again,I said OK. But today they called me saying they don't have this service on Saturday...The booking service is so suck that I won't refer my friends to this store for buying a car or service anymore
