State of California regulations require that companies with 5 or more employees must complete the “Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Course” before 1/1/2021. Supervisory employees require 2 hours of training and non-supervisory employees require 1 hour of training. After that, training must be completed once every two years.
Anyhealth Insurance Services have invited a special speaker, Paul P. Cheng Esp., who specializes in labor law, to give a training on the “Sexual Harassment Prevention”. A certificate of completion will be issued.
