【教育】UAAA美国代表队参加了由省商会主办2024国际珠算日 珠算心算数学比赛，代表学生，成绩辉煌！| 加州安老师才艺教育学苑

为庆祝国际珠算日，我们美国代表队参加了由省商会主办2024国际珠算日 珠算心算比赛。今年我们有三位选手Yannick Nolasco、Wayne Liang和Sage Kuo在海外组表现出色，与来自世界各地的珠算学生同场竞技。美国代表队为如此高难度的比赛所做的努力感到无比自豪，并迫不及待地想看看他们为此努力的成果！此外我们也要感谢美国珠心算联合会会长安秋玲女士带领、秘书郑莉嘉为本活动进行翻译工作以及我们的学生代表邓维元帮忙协助选手，并确保我们的参赛者能够发挥出最好的水准！

我们也非常荣幸邀请到南加州钻石吧副市长邓嘉犹博士和核桃谷水区主席李敏妮再次陪同我们来到台湾。邓嘉犹博士受邀在颁奖典礼上致辞他并邀请海外选手前来美国参访我们非常感谢他对美国珠心算联合会的认同与支持。

In celebration of International Abacus Day, our US team participated in the 2024 Taiwan Abacus International Championship. This year, we had three contestants Yannick Nolasco, Wayne Liang, and Sage Kuo, who performed tremendously well in the Overseas Category, competing against abacus students from all over the world. We are incredibly proud of them and their efforts as they prepared for such a difficult competition, and cannot wait to see what is in store for them in the future! Furthermore, we would like to extend our gratitude towards the President of UAAA, Ms. Carolyn An, our UAAA Secretary Sydney Cheng, and our Assistant Sarah Teng for helping with the logistics of this event and ensuring our competitors can do their very best!

We are also very honored to have Dr. Chia Yu Teng, City of Diamond Bar Mayor Pro-Tem and Theresa Lee, President of Walnut Valley Water District accompany us again in Taiwan. Dr. Chia Yu Teng was invited to speak during the closing ceremony and we could not be more grateful for his unwavering support towards UAAA.
