2020年不购买健康保险将面临罚款，如果您还未购买健康保险，敬请把握最后的机会：加州全保（Covered California）和蓝盾保险公司（Blue Shield）增加特别开放期至4月30日。
- 2月29日前申请，保险将於3月1日生效；
- 3月31日前申请，保险将於4月1日生效；
- 4月30日前申请，保险将於5月1日生效。

Covered California and Blue Shield add new Special Enrollment Qualifying Life Event. If you were unaware of the new mandate requiring residents of California, you are still able to enroll health insurance from now through April 30, 2020.
- If the application is submitted by 02/29/2020, the insurance effective date will be 03/01/2020;
- If the application is submitted by 03/31/2020, the insurance effective date will be 04/01/2020;
- If the application is submitted by 04/30/2020, the insurance effective date will be 05/01/2020.
