After the lottery is conducted, the sponsors whose registrations are selected will be able to file petitions. Our team of attorney's charge a flat fee of $500 for each application (includes $10 registration fee) and filing the selected petition. Please contact us at your earliest if you are interested for further details and in entering the FY2023 Cap Lottery.
The H-1B program allows employers to hire foreign national workers provided they at least have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field for a position that requires a degree in the field, also known as a specialty occupation. The employee must also be paid wages based on the prevailing rate or equal to the wages given to another employee for a similar job at the same location. Under the rules, 65,000 new H-1Bs are issued each fiscal year, which begins on October 1, and an additional 20,000 H-1Bs are issued to graduates with a U.S. master’s degree or higher.
To qualify for the H-1B visa category, the prospective H-1B employee must hold a U.S. bachelor's or higher degree, or the equivalent. The person must hold a U.S. equivalent 4 years' bachelor's or higher degree from an accredited college or university.
