Doris Kuan （管庭）为一名华语VIP客户主任，她的「多元文化」使她真正成为这一词的最佳诠释，体现她在「大庄家赌场度假村」所担任的职位。管庭高中毕业於英属时期的香港，其后前往日本东京继续进修酒店管理专业。在日本，她一面攻读酒店管理专业，一面勤工俭学，为台湾及香港的「姊妹」亚洲杂志做美发产品及服装模特儿来赚取学费。 

  

然而酒店管理及旅游业才是 Doris 的真正热忱所在，因此，她在这一领域已从业逾30年之久。她曾在洛杉矶市中心的「希尔顿酒店」（Hilton）担任酒店销售主任，并自2015年起在「大庄家赌场度假村」担任华语VIP客户主任一职。管庭说，她十分热爱并欣赏「大庄家」的友好氛围，以及「大庄家」鼓励团队成员间之合作精神，这是她工作中的巨大动力。更令她感到认同的是，管理层貫切始终为客人及团队员工的利益做出最正确的选择。

业余时间， Doris 喜欢享受电影和书籍带来的快乐。被问及哪种题材是她的最爱时， Doris 说：「我目前也在跟风追看时下最流行的犯罪纪实类题材，无论是纪录片、播客，还是书籍我都喜欢。我喜欢这种题材带来的最直接原始的感官刺激和情感冲击。几年前，在犯罪题材还未像现在这样风靡全球时，我就已经不可自拔地爱上这类书籍了。」

来自台湾的 Amy 十岁时与家人一起移民到美国并在纽约定居。在纽约，除了母语台语外，她还学习并流利掌握了英语、国语及粤语。

Doris Kuan – Executive Casino Host

Casino Host Doris Kuan truly embodies what it means to be multicultural, and she brings it all into her role at Pechanga Resort Casino. She attended high school in Hong Kong, the region then still under British domain. Doris chose to earn her college degree at the Sasagawa Hotel Management School in Tokyo, Japan. It was there she studied Hotel Management Degree, and also earned money to pay her own way through school by modeling for “SISTER” Asia magazine in Taiwan and Hong Kong for hair products and clothing. 

The hospitality and travel industries excite her the most, however, and that is why she has worked in this sector for more than 30 years. She spent time at the Downtown Los Angeles Hilton as a hotel sales executive and has been hosting guests at Pechanga Resort Casino since 2015. She says she loves and appreciates Pechanga’s friendly environment and the fact that the resort applauds strong teamwork. She likes the resort’s management always doing what is right for their guests, as well as their Team Members. 

Doris’ command of languages impresses many guests. She is fluent in English, Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin and Shanghainese.  

During her time off, Doris enjoys watching movies and reading books. Her favorite genre? “I’ve definitely gotten onto the True Crime bandwagon that is so popular now in documentaries, podcasts and books. I’ve liked it for the rawness and emotion it often evokes, and somehow I fell into reading these kinds of books well before its popularity swept over the world several years ago.”

Amy Rowe – Executive Casino Host 

Amy Rowe can update your tired home décor, then help you have the best experience possible during a visit to Pechanga Resort Casino. She can switch between English and Mandarin, Mandarin and Taiwanese, Taiwanese to Cantonese, and back to English again with an outward ease that underscores everything she does in her professional life. It should also not surprise anyone that she is currently learning Spanish to add to her linguistic repertoire.  

Originally from Taiwan, Amy and her family moved to the United States when she was 10 years old. They settled in New York, where she became fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, in addition to her native Taiwanese.

Amy attended Hunter College in the heart of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. After graduating with a degree in liberal arts, she moved from New York to California. She went on to become a successful interior decorator for clients for more than 15 years. Feeling like the profession had lost its luster, however, Amy applied for a job as a dealer at a Los Angeles-area card club. It was meant to be an in-between job, but the tips were excellent, and she wound up working there for 12 years. She moved inland and was hired on at Pechanga Resort Casino in 2010. She says she instantly liked the vibe and the excitement the team and the guests felt at Pechanga. 

When she’s not working, Amy has been spending much of her free time learning to play an ancient Chinese musical instrument called the guzheng.
