Happy Spring ! Let's do something different and make meal time fun:
At the grocery store, purchase one fruit or vegetable that you have never tasted before. Check out recipes online to see how to use this ingredient, or just wash it and eat it fresh and raw. Make sure your kids will get a chance to taste it too!
Try something with Soy. Soy can be a meat substitute! Soy beans, soy milk, or Tofu. Firm tofu is good for stir-fry. Soy milk can be added to oatmeal.
