外国人在洛杉矶结婚需要哪些材料

非美国人是可以在洛杉矶申请登记结婚的。一般只要需要有效证件即可。洛杉矶政府接受的有效证件包括驾照、护照、绿卡等。如果证件是非英文的证件，那麽需要法庭认证的翻译翻译成英文，并加以签字及盖章。

另外，双方必须是单身的，如果之前结过婚，则需要最终的离婚证明。
